Frequently asked questions

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, email our support team (support@panda-tunnel.com) .

    • What is the Panda Tunnel?

Panda Tunnel is a GUI-based tunneling tool, built on the Cloudflare network. It can securely expose local services, such as local files, websites, and even game servers, among others.

    • Can I and others access my local services over the Internet when I turn off my computer?

No, because all services is based on your local computer, so you need to keep your computer on at all times and the network is working.

    • When you create a non-HTTP service, how can you access it from another computer?

For security reasons, non-HTTP services cannot be accessed directly via public links. To access the service from another computer, you need to download the Panda Tunnel client on that machine. Then, switch to the “Connect Service” tab, enter your public link, and click the “Connect” button. The program will then return a “Local Connect Link,” which you can use to connect to your service. For detailed instructions, you can watch this video.

    • Can I request a refund?

Of course, we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy. If you’re dissatisfied with our service at any point before your subscription ends, feel free to send an email to support@panda-tunnel.com. We will process your refund request within 1-2 business days.
